  • I have recently completed Korn Ferry 360 Assessment program and become certified analyst in that regard. The purpose of this program is to make coaches get skilled on creating and delivering confidential, accurate 360 feedback that executives will feel comfortable to discuss and take actions.

  • I would also like to share with you the recent study of National Institute of Health in the US. What the researchers found in this study and I believe you may find interesting is "when learning something new, rather than keep practicing continuously resting early and often may also be critical to learning".
